The massage is performed in a fluid and continuous manner, often encompassing the entire body from head to toe.

During a 60-minute session, the massage therapist will focus on releasing muscle tension, soothing the nervous system, and calming the mind.
The massage usually begins with gentle strokes and kneading to warm up the muscles and increase blood flow. The therapist then progresses to deeper pressure on specific areas prone to stress buildup, such as the neck, shoulders, and back.
